Dr Carolyn Lister
Carolyn provides the strategic oversight for the NZFCD, including the contract with MoH and commercial contracts for addition of food composition data. She is also responsible for projects relating to the extension of the New Zealand Food Composition Database, including making composition and nutrient data more accessible, useful and user friendly.
Kris (Sze Mei) Tham
Kris is responsible for the day-to-day management of the New Zealand Food Composition Database. She coordinates the sampling of the foods, dispatch to the analytical labs plus data entry and validation through to publication of data.
Dr Nick Smith
Nick has a background in nutrition modelling, and is responsible for assessing local and international data for integration into the New Zealand Food Composition Database.
Zane Gilmore
Zane provides expertise in the computing side of data management and development of the New Zealand Food Composition Database online Search .
